 Yes. Apartment features include stainless steel appliances, mahogany wood cabinetry, granite countertops, wood plank flooring, and 9- to 20-foot or vaulted ceilings. Select homes also include stand-up showers and garden tubs, and large patios or Juliet balconies. 

3. Does the community have a pool and clubhouse?
 Yes. Residents have access to a resort-style swimming pool with outdoor cabanas, along with a modern clubhouse and spacious BBQ/party area. Our community’s social courtyard with grills and fountains adds another outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining. 

4. Is there in-unit laundry at Pencil Factory Flats?
 Washer and dryer setups are available in select apartments.  Because availability can vary by floor plan, it makes sense to confirm this feature on the specific apartment you are considering when you tour. 

5. Is Pencil Factory Flats pet-friendly?
